Benjamin D. Oram was born and raised in California, the majority of that time in Sacramento. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento in 2006. Before working as a law clerk for the firm, Mr. Oram worked as a Correctional Officer for the State of Nevada Department of Corrections for several years where he served as a member of the institutional S.W.A.T. team. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the McGeorge School of Law in 2009.
Mr. Oram practices in the Civil Litigation department which handles personal injury, subrogation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and other various civil cases related to the employment relationship before state and federal courts in California. He also practices before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Mr. Oram has been married to Kaci Oram since 2000 and has 5
children. While not practicing law, Mr. Oram is actively involved in community
organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, having achieved the
highest honor of “Eagle Scout” as a young man. He is also a member of J.
Reuben Clark Law Society and the Porter Rockwell Society.
