Michael P. Dudley

Associate Attorney

Mr. Dudley was born and raised in New Jersey where he lived for eighteen years before attending college in Boone, North Carolina. He
graduated from Appalachian State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice.

While in North Carolina, Mr. Dudley also began a six year commitment with the Army National Guard. In 2002, he completed his military
obligation and received an honorable discharge.

After college, he moved to California to attend law school in Sacramento. In 2003, he graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a Juris Doctor (J.D.).

After graduation, Mr. Dudley began working as a criminal defense attorney for a well-respected defense firm in Auburn, CA. During his nearly fourteen years with the firm, he represented clients on all types of charges ranging from workers’ compensation fraud to murder.

Mr. Dudley eventually transitioned to workers’ compensation defense and brought his extensive litigation and negotiation experience to
Lenahan, Lee, Slater, Pearse & Majernik in 2018.

In addition to English, Mr. Dudley is also fluent in sarcasm. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys camping, snowboarding and trying to play basketball.
