Frank E. Rankin
frankin@lenahanlaw.net
Frank Rankin joined the firm in March 1987 as an Associate Attorney, and has been a partner since 1992. Frank graduated from CSU-Sacramento with a Social Science degree, and obtained his legal education at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Prior to becoming an attorney, Frank worked four years at the Sacramento Detoxification Center (for public inebriates), and ten years as a Correctional Officer with the CA Dept. of Corrections, where he was able to associate with the likes of Charles Manson, Edmund Kemper and Richard "The Vampire Killer" Chase, and less notable personalities.
During his years of practice, Frank has primarily specialized in workers' compensation, and limits his representation to state employees as an applicant's attorney. The current highlight of his legal career was a 1995 civil case, in which fellow partner Charleton Pearse and Frank succeeded in obtaining a two plus million dollar jury verdict against Wells Fargo Bank and one of its former employees for fraud.
