Brian D. Lee is the partner in charge of the Fresno office of the Lenahan Law Firm and graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Science in 1979. Mr. Lee then attended McGeorge School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1983.

He began his legal career as a law clerk in the firm's Sacramento office while attending McGeorge School of Law. he then transferred to the Fresno office where he specializes in workers' compensation defense and appears in Superior Court pursuing carriers' subrogation rights against negligent third parties.

Mr. Lee has lectured in the area of workers' compensation defense and subrogation. He is a member of the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney's Association and the California State Bar.
